He is well connected across business figures and politicians, commanding respect for his work advocating for strategically important and pro-growth policies. As the Managing Director of TYI, Adam works across all divisions.

Hannah is a policy specialist with over sixteen years’ experience working in politics, public affairs and policy. Most recently, Hannah spent seven years working at the Local Government Association’s Labour Group Office, gaining in depth experience of local government and devolution in England. As part of this role, Hannah played a key role in putting local government and devolution at the heart of the Labour Party’s policy making process ahead of the 2024 General Election. Hannah works across the TYI Research, Services, Support and Strategy divisions.

Maxwell has a distinguished professional background in policy and research, with numerous pieces of his work featured in leading media outlets such as the Financial Times, the Times, the Telegraph and the Guardian. Maxwell’s research and policy work for TYI has already been considered at the highest levels of government, opposition parties and business. He is responsible for TYI Research and TYI Strategy.

Tom is a government relations expert, with a professional background in the aerospace, defence and health technology sectors. He most recently spent seven years working at Airbus, and during this time was Chair of the UK Space Public Affairs Group. He has also worked at a public affairs agency and in Parliament. He is an Executive Member of Labour Business. Tom works in the TYI Strategy division.

Jethro has an extensive background in economic analysis, policy and research. Most recently he spent four years in the civil service working on regulation analysis and policy in the Cabinet Office and DBT – giving him an extensive understanding of the internal policymaking process in government. Prior to that he worked at Centre for Policy Studies think tank, with previous work there featured in media outlets such as The Times, The Telegraph and the Spectator.

Joe as the Director of TYI Quantum leads the UK’s premier government and industry relations consultancy for quantum technologies. He has a PhD in Physics from the University of Southampton, has worked with DSTL, Qintetiq and Global Quantum Intelligence, and supports the work of the APPG on Quantum Technologies.

Kasia is the youngest ever Co-Chair of the Young Fabians, with a background spanning communications, policy and party political campaigning across the Labour movement. She has also served as Chair of the Young Fabians Defence, Tech and Cybersecurity Network and Vice Chair of London Young Labour, and stood as a candidate in local elections in Camden. Kasia is a graduate of University College London (UCL) and the School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES). Kasia works in the TYI Strategy division

Lewis’s professional background is in technology, working in both engineering and policy. This gives him a unique insight and approach to his work at TYI. He is also the Founder of Labour Tech, helping politicians understand the important and strategic role that technology plays in economic growth. Lewis works in Services, Research and Strategy divisions.
